Has anyone else ever heard their child say, "You're not being my mommy anymore!" ? Well, now I can join the club. That's what Allie told me yesterday after she got in trouble for locking her sister in our bedroom. She's going through a weird phase that I can't figure out. She seems to want to find something to be grumpy about. Another example; today she started playing the piano and I said, Oh, are you playing a song for me?" She just looked at me and frostily replied, "No, I'm playing a song for GOD."

Well.
On the lighter side, she did say something funny about some cute identical twins at church. We passed them in the hall tonight and she said hi. After they had passed she explained out loud, "I have so much trouble remembering J. and B.'s names because they are so twinny." What a goof.
