Emmie's Funnies
"I'm important." (This is randomly said throughout the day. And no, she doesn't know what important means.)
"Where are my pooh dammies?" (Referring to her Winnie the Pooh pajamas. She likes to wear them all day. No matter how much we emphasize the "j" sound she still calls them dammies.)
"Mom, the sun is broken!" (Said in a panicky voice as she looked out the window after sunset tonight. Still really confused as to where the sun has gone.)

Happy Birthday Allie!
The girls and I enjoyed a special treat because the library happened to hold a "Fairytale Ball" last night. We had to pre-register but it was free. They had skits, games, ballerinas from Ballet Idaho, snacks, and a photo booth. I think the girls felt like they were in a magical land for a while. :) Daddy and Ryan stayed home and had "man time". Daddy climbed under the house to pull wires but thankfully he didn't share that with Ryan!
Happy birthday, Allison! You are a precious and beautiful little girl, inside and out. We love you!

Thank You! (and a shameless plug)
We are still going to be paying a large bill for the testing that was done at the hospital, so I will be selling paintings to try to raise money. The following links will take you to the right websites:
http://www.stunningedgedesigns.blogspot.com/
http://www.stunningedgedesigns.etsy.com/
The first link has more paintings listed right now, but that will hopefully change soon. Oh, and I so will not be offended if you don't see anything you like or can use. It's okay! :) I'm sure my tastes are not the same as everyone else's . . .

Sweet Relief

Yesterday the kids and I went on a field trip to KTSY with our homeschool group. As you can see from this picture, they were just overjoyed to learn all about a radio station.
I asked them when we were done what they thought, and they were like, "It was great mom! We really liked it!" Hmm . . .
Next week they will be on the air sometime doing the pledge of allegiance with the other kids. (I'm so proud! just kidding)

The Best Christmas Present Ever
I had a few minutes of peace here and wanted to write about a very special gift Allie received this year. Anyone who has known Allison for very long at all knows about her "mamie". Her mamie is a very special blanket she's had since she was born. She chose it and named it and that's just the way it is!
