Yesterday my little (big) girl turned five! This day has always been hovering on the horizon in my mind as one of the big landmarks to us as parents. The girls and I enjoyed a special treat because the library happened to hold a "Fairytale Ball" last night. We had to pre-register but it was free. They had skits, games, ballerinas from Ballet Idaho, snacks, and a photo booth. I think the girls felt like they were in a magical land for a while. :) Daddy and Ryan stayed home and had "man time". Daddy climbed under the house to pull wires but thankfully he didn't share that with Ryan!
Happy birthday, Allison! You are a precious and beautiful little girl, inside and out. We love you!

Wow! I don't even have kids and it still amazes me how fast kids grow up! We had a lot of staff kids birthdays this week. The Harringtons, You guys, and Steens. Wow!
