Laying in bed last night, I came to the disconcerting realization that every time I fall asleep I am most comfortable in the position of a bug hitting a windshield. Yeah, you read that right. I remember having a discussion about sleeping positions many years ago with my dear friend Amber. She knew somebody who always slept like a model. You know, hands folded under the cheek, pleasant smile on her face. Ha.
I'm most comfortable laying on my stomach with arms and legs splayed wherever and head twisted at an extreme angle. Poor Ethan. This is why we chose a king-size bed when we had to replace ours a few years ago. I'm sure I'm some chiropractor's dream right now, but he's gonna have to wait. No one is talking me out of my favorite sleeping position! How about you? How do YOU fall asleep?

That is too funny that you find that comfortable! :) It sounds painful to me! hehe.
I am one of those that sleep on my side with my hands folded under my pillow...not as exciting as your sleeping position! :)
Hope you are starting to feel better. I am so excited for you and your family!
LOL! I used to ALWAYS sleep on my stomache. (Having so much trouble with my spine it was most comfortable to me. It didn't take long for that to become impossible for me with my first pregnancy ( since I was in maternity clothes ONLY by 3 months).
One evening in about the 6th month, Troy came home from work to find me on my hands and knees, in tears trying to psych myself up to lie on my stomache. ( I fear the result would have been something similar to a child trying to climb on top of a giant beach ball.) So he rigged up our tub so that I could float on my tummy in the bath. It really helped LOL! Had to share that!
I guess I'm buggish too, cause that is my favorite position as well! Of course, I missed it A LOT during the pregnancies, but oh how nice it was to be back on my tummy after each delivery :)
i sleep like a princess... so does one of my daughters. however, when i'm pregnant i just try to get comfortable because even the princess possition is uncomfortable to a pregnant princess! i've even been heard SNORING when i'm pregnant. i guess the preggo really takes the pretty out of this princess. (as if!)
