Even though this is a day late, I just had to share the funny St. Patrick's Day dip that Spunky made for us yesterday. She REALLY wanted to make a special snack for her sisters and brother after nap. She had absolutely no help from me because I was busy with something else. Here's her recipe:1 part peanut butter
1 part honey
1 part applesauce
1 (large) dose of green food coloring
Serve with carrots. They all loved it!

What fun. We do have some rice scattered around. Everyone, that goes in the rice has to shake off and check their toes before getting out. However, some gets away anyway. We are blessed to have hardwood floors so it sweeps up easily. I'm afraid that we store it right in the "library" which is our main living area. Anyone who walks into our house figures out that we homeschool and have special needs kids pretty quick. LOL!
