People keep asking if we have a name for this baby. We still don't, but I came across the neatest name meaning yesterday. The name is Samara, and the meaning is "God has protected". Isn't that awesome? After this pregnancy I definitely feel that God has protected both the baby and me. :)
Any good name suggestions? Something that goes well with Allison, Emily, and Ryan would be helpful. We have some picked out but are really up in the air on the final decision.

Hahahahaha! Thanks for the laugh, Andrea. You and I like the name; just have to get Ethan on board! (It's not gonna happen.)
Ha, I was hoping to make you smile :) I loved all the names you and I talked about. I also really like the name/meaning of Samara. Fits so well with your situation. Do you have a middle name picked out? You could always use that as a middle.
I like Samara! You could call her Sami and it would totally fit with your other kids names. :)
How do you pronounce Samara? I love the meaning as well and you could totally use it as a middle name.
I've always liked the name Brianna. You could call her Bree for short. Another name I like - Shalynn (Shuhlynn) But I tend to like uncommon names. :)
Dionna, Samara is pronounced "Su-mah-ra".
Andrea, the middle name thing would be really good if it goes with the first name.
Kelly, I thought of Sami too -- it would be really cute. The full name would kind of sound like we adopted our last baby. :)
I also like Samara. Before I read this I was thinking Faith....Hope to talk with you soon!
olivia (livie), sophia (sophie), abigail (abbie), ivy (ivy), opal (and call her sammie, for her middle name samara :)), unity, addison (addie), adrian or adrianna, aimee, ainsley, alexa or alexis (lexie), amanda (mandie), anabelle (annie)... ok, that's enough for now. i'll be back for more.
also, of course i really like samara. but i REALLY like mercy as a middle name.
I saw a meaning I liked the other day: God rewards perseverance.
The name was Subira.
That just doesn't sound like you guys, though.
Anyway, stick with Melissa. Its a good name. LOL!
I've always liked Hannah--it's meaning has something to do with grace, I just can't remember what right now. I also like the meaning of Miriam--wished for child. It's defiitely biblical sounding, though. If only there weren't so many things to consider when naming your kids!
I love the meaning of Samara, and Sami for a nickname would be cute. I love the name Eliana too, which means "God has answered." I found it after we lost the twins and while we were trying to get pregnant again. However, when God did answer, we had a boy and are having more boys, so I don't think I will need the name...
It's funny that I'm actually commenting on here. I just check in periodically on you and your family. We'll be praying that everything goes well for you...
i think i like isabelle the best. as long as izzy isn't too close to emmie.
well, besides olivia.
and now i'm second guessing. was it mercy that i liked as a middle name, or hope?
